Julie and Frank (the Tank)

I love working with people.

We all have our challenges, at times needing support to explore various options for a solution to the puzzle that is ourselves. It makes my day being able to witness those light bulb moments with clients, watching them become their most authentic selves, and holding space to explore the acceptance that we are all messy humans. It is an honor and a privilege to support clients during their toughest moments, allowing me to be beside them in those deep, dark spaces. We are all so incredibly fascinating as humans.

I have been working in the field of mental health since 2010 in a variety of settings, including school environments for students with complex needs, drop-in centers, homeless shelters, and private practice. I am passionate about using my experience and knowledge to support individuals with their emotional and psychological needs.

While I love what I do for work, I also love learning, exploring, and challenging myself outside of work. In my free time I enjoy snowboarding, going on adventures, sewing, and spending time with my dog Frank.
